In June, we were delighted to meet with Joy Morrissey MP to discuss the vision behind Novaris and our ambition to help more young people make a successful transition from education into employment.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to explain how Novaris aims to connect schools, employers and mentors through structured work experience programmes that equip young people with valuable workplace skills, confidence and experience. We were encouraged by Joy's support for our objectives and her recognition of the importance of strengthening links between education and local businesses.

With Joy's encouragement, we are continuing to engage with schools and employers across South Buckinghamshire to develop the Novaris programme and build a strong network of organisations committed to creating meaningful opportunities for young people. We look forward to working with local partners as we take the next steps towards launching our pilot programme.
