Creating high-quality work experience programmes requires collaboration not only from schools and employers, but also from organisations that share our commitment to supporting young people and strengthening local communities.


As Novaris continues to develop, we are actively exploring a range of funding opportunities that will help us deliver our pilot programme and expand our long-term impact. This includes discussions with a number of organisations, including National Grid, whose community funding initiatives have the potential to support projects that promote education, employment and skills development.


We remain committed to identifying sustainable funding that will enable Novaris to provide meaningful opportunities for young people while delivering lasting value to schools, employers and the communities we serve.
