One of the most exciting aspects of developing Novaris has been the opportunity to meet with organisations that share our belief in investing in the next generation of talent.

We have held constructive discussions with representatives from John Lewis, SSE, Thames Water and Cisco, all of whom have expressed an interest in supporting the aims of Novaris and exploring opportunities to host work experience placements in the future. These conversations have reinforced our belief that employers recognise both the social value and long-term business benefits of helping young people gain meaningful workplace experience.

As we continue to develop our pilot programme, we look forward to building on these discussions and welcoming additional organisations that want to play an active role in preparing young people for the world of work.
