Continuing Development of the Novaris Connect Portal

Alongside the development of our work experience programme, we are continuing to make progress on Novaris Connect – the digital platform that will support the delivery and management of the Novaris experience.


Working with Amazon, we are exploring how modern cloud technologies can be used to create a secure, intuitive platform that brings together students, schools, employers and mentors in one place. The portal is intended to simplify every stage of the process, from placement management and communication through to progress tracking, mentoring and feedback.


Novaris Connect is an important part of our long-term vision. By combining innovative technology with meaningful workplace opportunities, we aim to create a platform that supports young people throughout their journey from education into employment while making participation straightforward and rewarding for schools and employers alike.
